This was an attempt to make things sound a little fuller while still trying to keep it light in tone. I didn't do anything to the actual mix except change the around the orchestration a little. I did the original composition in the standard way, on the piano figuring out the chords before the melody.
This is one of my favorites. This is definitely both light and full. Makes me think of a hopeful person facing a bleak future. Perhaps not what you were going for, but that's the beautiful thing about music, interpretation.

ReplyDeleteI wrote this almost directly after finishing an anime called Nabari No Ou, it inspired this kind of. Both of those things that you said were brought up in the last few episodes.
